About Brightwick
The free classifieds site where neighbours buy and sell — safely, locally and without fees.
Good things change hands close to home
Brightwick started with a simple observation: the best deals are usually within a few streets of you. A bike your neighbour outgrew, a sofa that doesn't fit the new flat, a camera waiting for its second act.
We built the search engine we always wanted — type what you need, see exactly how far away it is, and message the seller in one tap. No listing fees, no commissions, no long-distance shipping roulette.

Three promises
Local first
Every ad carries a real map pin. Buy from your neighbourhood, collect in person and skip the shipping.
Safe by design
Seller ratings, view counts and in-person handover guidance keep every deal honest and transparent.
Free forever
Posting an ad costs nothing and we take no cut. The price you agree is the price you pay.
